Nash, Nagaruru is a good company but NPD managers are worst.

...y and showing NPD-MIS to top management, those are also taken from Team leaders. Taking Lakhs of salary not even interacting with customers.One of NPD manager taken my job by frustrating and demotivating me. I am praying to God same should be happened with him.If U have position don't use it to spoil any one career else one day u will be spoiled.I am so surprised that after 16/17 years of exp people are having these type of mentality.First U be a good human being then will be a Manager.

Its good for fresher... You can learn lots of thing.. Also you can get knowledge on other departments...

Salary is too low..Increments are less... No canteen facilities.. salary is the main dislike thing...

Work wise support will be given from all departments.

...sic facilities mainly canteen. No flexibility in notice period for a single day. No ontime Increment means will be not given in April salary and if resigned arrears or increment letter also not given. This is not good.....

Good company,good comunication management's with employees. ontime salary with Benifits.For more availability for learning of rolls and regulations . right places of machanical skills improvement.

...period and it may change for 4-6month in future days this is all bcoz of money.. while releasing we need to pay. I suggest don't join this company.
