Here so many politics...bcz of old working people's..they are simply blame new joinees... managing people's not good if someone growing there they will make one team and they will scold everyday morning meeting and making them resign bcz of pressure..

Nash Customer's are Good, I learnt many more about automotive Industry's quality standards from them. There's nothing to like in Nash except the name of company.

6days working, Longer Working hrs upto 12hrs with No OT Payment, Salary hike once in year but actual is once in 2 year with no arrears, Very less bonus, no canteen, No transportation, No job security, No professionalism, Worst HR Team I ever seen.... infinity

Salary is too low..Increments are less... No canteen facilities.. salary is the main dislike thing...
