People, job role, compensation, low quality of vendors hired eg Cognizant vendors are.low quality. Men do not know how to behave. They misbehave with female employees who stand up against harrasment.

People on QA side are good and helpful. Office events are nice.

Too much micro management, seniors are not helpful, if they are part of company for more than 7-8 years they think they own the place and shout at juniors for small mistakes .no concept of KT in the team. too much bad office politics.

They will hire you by giving lot of hikes and with lot of expectations. Once you will join, you will think why you have joined here , bunch of non-technical idiot sitting there and judging people's work. Suddenly one odd day they will realise they dont need you and terminate him. Join only with lotsss o precautions
