No learning platform and training sessions, Job Security, Salary deduction, transparency, VPN connectivity is very poor, so wfh is kind of myth.

project manager doesn't have any knowledge about their projects and they are doing partiality if you are not from gujrat.

The opportunity I got at very young age was really appreciable. I learnt a lot and people around me were so supportive.

I didn’t had any dislikes about working with Nascent only one thing that it wasn’t a 5 day working organisation but now yeah the policies has changed so there no dislikes as such.

Good team to work with. Only condition is intelligent and hard working team members are hold for longer!

Culture and hierarchy of management. No clarity on planning and execution. Everything is kept half backed!
