There is no job security firstly they withheld my salary for 2 months then fired me from job in pandemic situation during lockdown. They told that training will be provided but no training was provided. There is no career growth. The work pressure is very high there was 2 to 3 staffs work loaded on me I have to work continuously 10-12 hours and attend client calls in the evening and late night every day also many Sunday I have to work without any overtime without any other facility. There is no specific lunch time no break time, no proper drinking water, even if I have to attend client calls while I am having my lunch. No travel, about work environment broken chair was provided even no proper Toilet system. I have to learn everything by myself no one want to help until unless they need any thing. If I give them any idea they told that its useless and after few months they presents that idea in such a way like that is their own achievement. Overall I have wasted my 3 years because they assured me that they need a employee like me to grow their company but they lied every time.
