Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent, Appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of Politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not statisfied and career growth is slow

Ofcus Narula is a good & large secure Company..all employee are Corporative..Time to time salary credite..some facilities...so.

Dislikes

Nothing else ..Narula is a good company for all ..3 years have job this company..but my Salary is low ..am a married person & have a family. So just ufset.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.i have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have attand caiis in the night but managment dont value individuals.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
