Salary deduction every month No job security Some illiterate people hired bye illiterate poor management whose main job to licking and back biting and save their seat in office, eat others job. Long working hours Late salary payment or hold without any reason Worst working environment Bakwas company No future in this company. It is lala ki dukaan

You will like nothing here except your salary if you received it without any deductions. (Penalties you are not aware of any business loss can be transferred to your salary and will be deducted). It is normal every month. Your hard work can be ruined at any time.

No Work life balance - no time ( office is opened late night). Salary can be reduced at any time after joining. ( Narula ji will give option either work on 50% reduced salary or leave). Old Employees are working to save their Job. HR will take your original certificates as Guarantee. Two Months Salary Cheques , without dates, so that if you try leave they will encash it. if you stop payment they will file case against you. they also have a legal team on salary to file unnecessary legal case for time waste as no there is no productivity of legal team. They will deduct and hold from your salary one month salary ( i.e. if salary is 60000/- deduct 5000/- per month and hold). Very lucky people who can fight can recover these holding amount. Sunday is also working for Accounts & Finance Team.

... PLEASE CHOOSE TO BE UNEMPLOYED RATHER THAN CHOOSING TO WORK WITH THESE F*CKERS. They will find 10000 ways of cutting your salary. And as soon as you are gonna hit your one month mark, they will kick you out of the company on performance basis without even paying you a single penny. This is not an organisation that will last long. I want to drag them to court and put a full stop to this foolishness all for once but thats a discussion for some another day. PLEASE DONT JOIN THESE BUNCH OF LOSERS WITH ATTITUDE PROBLEM, it will be better for your career.
