Company Culture. Celebration of Birthdays and Festivals. Less Work Pressure. Leave Policy. Office Infrastructure Excellent.

Dislikes

Salary Delay. If the management takes care of that it will solve major problems. They have to be sensitive towards it. If salary is not on time it becomes difficult to manage daily expenses and in a city like Mumbai it is next to impossible to survive. Many employees left the company only for this reason.

Here team members are very supportive and the management is transparent. Every year salary increment is here. I had a nice experience in Narsi & associates.

Dislikes

They are not following EPF for the engineer employers.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
