In the narshima the working experience is a bit good .U can learn lot of things if u are a fresher this is the best company .

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Company has not good facilities at all like canteen , transport . Work life is very bad in the company u can not balance your social and family life if u are working in narshima

In nac i have like safty,clean, work friendly environment. I have learn lots of thinks because the NAC group of company provides a range of products like Nozzle Body Holders, sprag clutch gear, kick start gear, double gear, jd shaft,volvo shaft,jcb hub etc. for various automobiles. The main operations carried out being forging, CNC turning, milling, grinding, gun drilling, etc.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
