1) I am passionate about working in the field of Statutory compliance & Taxation NGO's.My passion, experience ,value and goal align with my present role in the company 2) Opportunities provided by the Company to update required skill set. Also a high chance of applying the knowledge in daily operation and administration .I feel , I am empowered to contribute my skill and experience for the organizations' mission forward. 3) Good work environment-I am happy when my opinions resonate with the end of every decision.

Dislikes

1) Salary increase and promotions not happening automatically based on my contribution/merits. Performance based ,I am consistently exceeds my role and its so significant. 2) No matter how I well perform beyond my designated role I feel like management has a distrustful towards me/my attitude . 3)Those in high position want the talent of the Juniors should shine through them.

Likes

Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation truly maintains the work life balance. It has a very healthy environment. It promotes employee development and retention. We enjoy fitness sessions in the office everyday. Foundation has won many accolades for its philanthropic work.
