Work pressure is too much high.. Working hours 10 hours but for salary payment and all benifits Narnolia mentain accuracy. Overall it's a good company to learn and for career growth.

It's Totally good for all Department. In a pandemic situation they all are very supportive. There moral support are too empress , and i would like to thanks all narnolian's family.

It is a fun to see how the CMD takes pride in getting surrounded by his bunch of foolish idiotic Management team who have built their careers from trial and error method and boot lickings . They will have no jobs if they are asked to leave

It's better to work in a lala's shop. Neither they know the best practices prevailing in corporates nor they want to implement it. They treat their employees as servant. HR personnel are mere clerks. The company is employer centric nor employee centric

No growth opportunity, no process, no HR, no corporate culture, peculiarly designed working hours! One has to complete certain number of hours at office in a week otherwise salary gets deducted ..
