Organisation adopt latest technology as to update every time. It is in the expansion mode as opening hospitals in other cities.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with. Career growth may not be coupled with compensation addition. Work load is there, but never an issue. Suggestions and advises are accepted and do have great consideration. But, long term career goal is not feasible with the organisation.
