Not a single motivation nor any financial help is given by the company, organisation have not even provided the full salary for march where many organisations are helping there employee to keep the daily bread going. The experience with this company is terrible and very disappointing, if company cannot handle the employee in this difficult situation than i think its not worth to work with such organisations, also, now i feel that the time which i had given towards the success of the project in the company has totally wasted...

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal is very bad. Even the if you got promoted to a management level, the salary you get is as an associate, even in that the bosses will tell you justify your salary by your work 😅
