Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Narcol Manpower is good to work with him, but Management is worst, hidden a lot of things, not clarity ur Salary, nor payment in USD,local currency payment which is fluctuate every day against rupees. Plant Manager is very Shoddy. I like that there Worker is very good and helpful for everyone.

Management is very poor, Plant Manager is favorable only for Gujrati Peoples. Narcol Management not clearly tell u what ur Salary, he not give you payment in USD. I M NOT SATISFIED WITH HIM.
