Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing.. i have more than 10 years of eork exp .. but this is the worse company i ever joined.

Dislikes

No work culture, no ethics. The boss is always sitting beside you. No personal time only 15 minutes for lunch. Boss shout and even abuse female staff. No job security he fier anyone anytime as per his wish even no prior notice
