... they conducted workshops for us which are very useful in teaching two students. Industrious I got a salary hike for one time. They have increased 20% to that of my basic salary. Overall this is a very good college to work which has a very good environment.

...very good they conduct workshops for us which are very useful to gain knowledge. If you perform well there is a good scope of getting your salary hike they give salaries in time. A good Junior College to work.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
