... they conducted workshops for us which are very useful in teaching two students. Industrious I got a salary hike for one time. They have increased 20% to that of my basic salary. Overall this is a very good college to work which has a very good environment.

... in teaching in such a way that you can teach any topics without any hesitation. If you perform well then you can get good salary with good hike. Administration people are very supportive in all aspects. Staff are very supportive to. Overall a good place to start your career as a lecturer.
