Black mailing to work employees ... Salary to low & work pressure too much .. over all bad.. no experience.. one month free worked.. they tell one week training .. after one month only updated employee bio data .. it's too bad

As a junior lecturer we learn a lot while clarifying students doubts correcting their mistakes etc. Apart from learning we can also have work-life balance as the college timings are fixed.

No job sureity..as no appointment orders.partiality towards only telugu people.tamil staffs were treated badly by the junior and senior college principal in Chennai branch. 9 hrs working daily.

It's very bad experiences with AGM and DGM, these people do not have well education. And management will keep a lot of pressure on teachers to getting admission by begging house to house these culture development well. All A. Is and AGM s have illegal affires with vice principals and in charges.so it's not correct work place for right persons.
