The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....

No support given One N 95 mask is given and asked reuse it. All the things for protection given once and asked reuse it

All they want to do is cost cutting. I am radiographer, they asked me to do report type and echo assisting with my scheduled work such as X- Ray, C.T.Scan and mammography. Extremly shortage of stuff.

Salary structure very bad, Performance Appraisal being absolutely biased & Bad increments, Very Biaised about Promotions, Giving Retainers to particular category of staff who are Pet Peeves of Managers, Very Poor Employee Benefits in terms Of Leave Policy, No Work From Home Policy, Extra Benefits like providing refreshments to staff and additional perks like Ex Gratia or Puja / Diwali gifts to staff.
