good working environment. the management is so co-operative with the lecturers. The colleagues of the college were the best and they are supportive of the newly joined employee. The appraisal is based on the performance of the employee. They were no pressure from the management regarding the employee performance but they use to guide the employee for better performance. The colleagues are friendly in nature.

I didn't find any difficulty while working at the college.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
