I don't like anything about this management

To be honest I literally hate the management. Pros: NOTHING CONS: • Very less salary compared to other CBSE schools • they help you how to cheat ( teachers are responsible to rewrite the answer sheets of competitive exams) • too much politics and partiality • no proper planning if any event is to be conducted • everything is only for picture sake. They conduct program only for capturing Pictures to fake that the program happened very well but the truth is even the child in those pictures are taught to act. • The management is actually making the parents fool. • The workshops aren't informative and does not help in any way. • And I swear, there is only one computer teacher for WHOLE SCHOOL. And no Art teacher at all. • Teachers are not only meant to teach their subjects but they are even used as Dance, art and craft, etc, etc... So teacher are supposed to do everything... For a less wage... • they will promise you that the Saturday will be a holiday but the truth is they will even ask you to work on Sunday • very important point- teachers are made to call parents after the working hours. Each day teachers are supposed to call volunteerly to parents and speak for few minutes for no reason only then proper salary will be provided • no salary slips will be provided... If they provide, you can see them with the least details in it. • management will not give PF employers share which in turn will be deducted from your salary only. • soft skill training will happen only for picture purpose. • MANY MORE CONS.......

... also in the cases of long zoom calls/classes you need to burn your mobile data. Employees starting from their teacher to clerks are frustrated due to their huge work pressure and low pay. i would request every one to enquire thoroughly from managements/HR prior joining.

Good curriculum , lesson plan, good atmosphere for study, Sports and Music now a days wonderful.

Neglecting Bengali subject. Being a senior teacher getting very less salary where's new comers getting high salary. In Salary system very much discrimination, some getting very high and some getting very low. It should be equal. Very frequently changing Principles.

There's nothing to say. Our job security and salary is purely based on principal not on HR. If you want to join Narayana, then Join for Best salary otherwise definitely you'll regret.

I have learnt manything in this 5 yrs from the institution.

Dislikes

The management doesn't addresses our issues, salary is not upto the mark its to less, no career growth. New joiner gets more pay than the old worker. There is no proper Salary slab.
