Benefits are almost non existent, even the travel allowance is given late and sometimes you're expected to pay from your own pocket. They cater mostly to the employees who have been with them for over 2-3 years. But newly joined employees get no acknowledgement or respect. And the TLs don't value or acknowledge you at all. They make it a point to show you the "hierarchy" rather than making you feel comfortable. Unfortunately there are no retention strategies to stop bleeding employees. Pros. Good learning opportunities. Working under a sort of brand can open lots of possibilities 5 days work.

No job security, employees change as per head mind. If they comfortable with staff then u are safe otherwise you are fired without any reason. This is happening specially in Nagpur Branch. No appreciation. No Support

They never gives salary on time & even most of the time remove the employee by not giving the salary of 2 or 3 months

They don't give salaries as promised,they keeps marketing persons for three months & kicks out without giving salary of 2 or 3 months .WORST COMPANY.NO JOB FUTURE.
