... made fun of by the students and the work is trivialized due to that reason. Benefits are almost non existent, even the travel allowance is given late and sometimes you're expected to pay from your own pocket. They cater mostly to the employees who have been with them for over 2-3 years. But newly joined employees get no acknowledgement or respect. And the TLs don't value or acknowledge you at all. They make it a point to show you the "hierarchy" rather than making you feel comfortable. Unfortunately there are no retention strategies to stop bleeding employees. Pros. Good learning opportunities. Working under a sort of brand can open lots of possibilities 5 days work.

Good work experience. Team leaders were supportive. Infrastructure was the best part of the school. Studying curriculum was different nd interesting.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't solve our issues. they haven't told us in interview that salary will not be fixed. They haven't give full salary even After completing the target. Insensitive were not properly given. Management was not good. On the job training was not given to new joinees. They want non academic staff till April. There was no free transport even they haven't give extra salary for petrol to do marketing. There was 7 days working without any extra salary

If i strt writing about dislikes,i have a paragraph.. basically i wud warn candidates to thnk 2wice b4 joining coz dey fools u in salary package (will offer you package of 10k per month bt u will only get 8.8k in hand and dey wud say othr hlf is fr pf & esi bt ur pf account nvr gets credited & u nvr receive ur esi details), mngr out dere will mke alot of promises about promotion and all bt its just his way to suck out more juice frm an Orange dat he brought in a very very cheap price

They will pay you 10k in hand and want you to do everything from writing TC's to calling parents to pay fees. And even after doing everything you will be talked to harshly in the meetings.
