Benefits are almost non existent, even the travel allowance is given late and sometimes you're expected to pay from your own pocket. They cater mostly to the employees who have been with them for over 2-3 years. But newly joined employees get no acknowledgement or respect. And the TLs don't value or acknowledge you at all. They make it a point to show you the "hierarchy" rather than making you feel comfortable. Unfortunately there are no retention strategies to stop bleeding employees. Pros. Good learning opportunities. Working under a sort of brand can open lots of possibilities 5 days work.
