Staff over there are so threatened of the owner's behaviour that they try to work in a team to minimize service threats.

Dislikes

Many things - Organisation Culture Partiality No proper documentation - HR will have to take documents while joining,but will not give appointment letter in time and will forget to give confirmation letter or increment. No letter of increment or promotion. No proper leave policy - they have leave policies but at the time of taking leave the director decides if to grant it or to make it Leave with out pay. No Gratuity No proper behaviour with HODs
