-Salary on time.

Dislikes

-No job security, they can fire you anytime. - Worse management. They use bad language for their employees. If you wanna go for your personal work or for urgent family problems, they will not let you go and along with that they will yell at you. They blame their employees for anything bad happen to in the company, even if you did nothing. - No work culture. - No leave you can take. Otherwise, they would cut some bucks from your salary. - Long working Hours. - Much work pressure.
