...d degree person work is same. If you don't have any option then only join there. And the salary issue is like God, you'll get salary every month after 15-20 and that too for every two months. If task HR he simply say it's management issue I can't help with that.

ಈ ನರಸೀಪುರ ಆಟೋ ಕಂಪನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸುಮಾರು 1yr 9 month work ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ ನನ್ ಲೈಫಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಸ್ಟ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಒಂದ್ ನನ್ resign ಮಾಡಿ 1month ಆಯ್ತು salary deduct ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ef pf ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಹಾರೋಹಳ್ಳಿ industrial area ಈ ತರ ಕಂಪನಿ ಇದ್ರೆ ಬಡವರ ಮಕ್ಳು ಜೀವನ್ ಮಾಡಕ್ ಆಗಲ್ಲ nan increment ಟೈಮ್ 9month ಅದ್ಮೇಲ್ ಆಗಿ ಆ hurriers amount clear ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. To be frank, i don't find anything to like about Narasipur auto components. Until finding the opportunity, situation forcing me to continue.

Dislikes

False promises from management, no recognition for the efforts taken. There is no fixed salary date, it may go beyond 2 months to get salary for a month. There is no extra benefits except the salary you are taking home. Even EPF, bonus also not deposited which is deducted from salary. One of a kind. Horrible experience.

Worst management.. But as a fresher you will get very good foundation.

HR management, top management are not at all support.. No on time pay outs.. No proper timings, bad canteen facilities, no bonus.
