Other departments are good but micro department is shit due to 4 peoples. They p** in their pants during audits not even let analyst to go and have lunch whole day. Those 4 peoples do nothing just warm their bench no discipline and also harass worker like grab their collar etc etc worst department ever.

...ot of political and management are very worst .2 months notice period for all 15% Salary is decreasing in covid .0% growth

Festival celebrations and On time salary on 3-4 date of the month. Softwares are good. HR's are good and supportive.

Dislikes

Politics, For managers only they celebrate the days like Fun Friday, Saturday etc. not for other staff it feels bad. Production and quality working style. Upper quality management staff is non-cooperative and not that much capable to handle the team. Leave policies.

Likes

Nothing. Common toilet for entire building floor. Anybody from any company goes in. For 200 people only 2 toilet seats. Location at Boisar is the worst part. CEO calls you every 3 rd day to visit factory. He is a chain smoker. They say flexible time but it is too non-sensical as the ceo sits late.

Dislikes

Constricted work space. Too much of politics. Bad politics. Extremely sad CEO. Worst HRs. Zero manners for work culture.

Celebration of different festival and days are celebrated with involvement of all employees most possible as per their work management.

Dislikes

There is negative environment and there is excessive work load and also involvement of HR in departmental work is more which makes working difficult because they don't have work know just know about output maximum possible
