There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Apart from salary there are virtually no other employee schemes or benefits. 1) No employee get-together or anything 2) No company subsidized transport and Canteen . 3) No company sponsored extra curricular activities

Training program is good, job security is average, but growth is too good, better salary package, no politics,work life balance average.
