Overall, if you're looking for a place that will help you to grow, expand your knowledge, and stay update on industry trends, I would suggest looking elsewhere. No good culture, HR, and US teams are bosses in this company. Unprofessional behavior from HR, even the HR Director is not educated. She is just Dr...Rakhal. No job security, anytime she will fire you even without notice. No work there. HR Director "Dhulia" runs a job placement service and has never been in the office for a single day, she is playing a game with a company which is why she hires and takes the commission from the company and after a few months she fired from the company and recruit another resource and the circle is going on and this way Indian director, HR, Account head jagota making huge money from Kevin. In a US company called KPaul Properties LLC. Overall do not trust and join this company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
