Ceo of manipulative and confused personality. Engineering/innovation head is toothless tiger who acts as agent of ceo never backs or helps the Engineers to grow as he needs the profit sharing ceo gives him. Literally no engineering process are followed and yet they advertise that they do. Engineering dept releases incomplete products and spends time in putting the fire out Work culture is toxic to the core, they will make sure you don't have a life outside office Worst of all there is no HR to hear employees grievances all they have is a part time management mouthpiece. Who only does one sided communication

I'm nothing liked in this organization, not even 1%.

Dislikes

There is no career growth in this company, Personally not recommended. Management will make lot of partiality between the employees. The only bucket system will work in nanopix, hike will get only for bucket peoples. There is no reward for talented workers. The senior peoples are doing nothing in this company but every year they will get the incentive. The work will do someone but credit will go to someone. Management peoples are very egoistic & selfish.

For the people who wants to settle at Hubli it's the best company to work, Environment is so good and one can learn lot of things to improve personally and professionally.. Overall it's a very good company for localities..
