Great purpose. Excellent learning environment. Purpose of what we are doing when we are doing is always explained. Many coworkers working for a long time in the company. They are very helpful. CEO is great motivator and care genuinely about employees. Appraisal is based on the value added. Great place to work if you want entrepreneurial experience without taking the risk of entrepreneurship.

Expectations are very high which often leads to long working hours.

Our dedication goes unnoticed, promises of bonuses remain unfulfilled, and female employees face unjust obstacles when planning for pregnancy, often being forced to leave due to reluctance to provide maternity benefits. They will say that it is only mon to Friday working but they make you work on weekends also. And that is unpaid. HR is OMG. Not even a single quality of HR .

Don't go here and spoil your carrier .. working culture and environment is very bad , communication is not good , Hr was irresponsible,he doesn't care abt any employee

The old team that I worked with was really good.

Dislikes

Due to arrogance of CEO, all the old team left the company, including peon. Now all that left in the company is scrap, which is not worth working with. I would not recommend working here. Don't get treated like a dumb slave.
