The Management and working atmosphere was very good . I could coordinate all the duties very well, by giving continuous training and team building. Plating up food and creating new dishes is an art itself. we create new dishes according to every special occasions.. Being creative ,I enjoy all the occasions to give a special touch to all the meals...we could maintain a profitable cost percentage.
