First they motivate you well & They organised trip for employees

Dislikes

1. If you punch after 9:45 they deducted 100₹ from salary but if you work after office hours then nothing 2. Sandwich Policy sucks 3. Behaviour of owner was soo harsh & Disrespectful against there employees. 4 if you tried for an accountant please don't go there's no respect, nothing to learn & only one man is everything in acconts department 5. And the worst part for the employee is security deposit it's an trap for an employee

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
