Exposure to Work: Nangia provides excellent exposure to direct tax matter. I had opportunity to work on diverse and challenging project that enhanced my knowledge and skills in this domain. Work Life Balance: One of the key strength of Nangia is it provides a healthy work-life balance. Good Team: The team at Nangia is highly skilled, professional and supportive. I had a great opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, which made the work environment collaborative and enjoyable.

While my experience at Nangia was predominantly positive, there were few areas that could be improved: Salary and Benefits: The salary and benefits by the firm were average compared to industry standards. There is room for improvement in terms of compensation to align with the levels of expertise and contribution of employees. Company Culture: While the firm culture is generally positive, there were instances where decision seemed to be driven by one individual rather than a collective approach. This can sometime lead to challenges in adopting best practices and fully leveraging the potential of the team. Promotion/Appraisal: The promotion and appraisal process at Nangia was average. There is a lot of politics and the management takes time in addressing issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I am glad to be a part of the organization while working closely with the Managing Partner, Mr. Rakesh Nangia whose visionary leadership and maintaining a empowering workplace is truly inspiring. The most rewarding aspect of working here has been the freedom to work independently which not only boosts the morale but also drives enthusiasm and creativity. Additionally, the human recourse team, being a backbone of a work culture is always supportive and makes sure every employee is heard and comfortable. These resources have significantly contributed to my wellbeing and job satisfaction.

Every organization has its own elements/personnels that one might not like but it is up to an individual whether to sail through or fret about it.

There is nothing to be liked here, its just a company that tries to be the best or be in top 10 consultancy firm but in reality it is just a third class company with terrible management.

Work hours are very inconvenient, they think they have purchased or basically bought their employees, they make them do work like donkeys in a jungle , there is no support, no appreciation for any work you do, there is complete frustrating peoples working on stealing credits, especially risk advisory sector is the worst here, trust me guys you deserve better.
