They support us to give 90% salary in lock down but they will deduct 10 %salary till October that not good thing i have realized

The account team is so rubbish not one person but full team including HOD

Nothing to mention here, it was my horrible decision to join such company, had left in 1 year and 3 months.

...ind organisation mattrix and clear job responsibilities in accounts and finance. There is no fix date of salary, some time it Pays on 7 or some time it Pays on up to 15th of the month. And the most ridiculous thing is that behaviour of hr is biased. And the most important thing is that if you leave organisation it never pays your last month salary and other dues holding by company even if you have duly served your notice period as per agreement. There are many people including me who has not received last month salary and other dues even after serving notice period.

It's really Good Atmosphere in nandan terry I was work last 8 years and Lear more and more specially we all staff members have inspired from our MD Sir that's why all staff do work hard & smart work .

Good company for me & some people are so honest. But, so lowest chance for growth. I given my best work for them but I couldn't deserve some opportunities. Work culture was good but work timing so harder. Good company policies and management too.

Dislikes

There was so deficult timing & 12 hour (8 job time + 4 overtime) compulsory & no any options. And work also on holiday & Sunday.

Good work environment and culture seniors and teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is very big canteen . Company policies are average

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues career growth is too slow
