The only reason to work in this company was because of the managing director of this company whose behavior and mannerisms made people like to work with him but now things are not like that now he has changed

Dislikes

Now there are 2-3 people in this company whose talk and whose influence is being seen managing this company but he doesn't realize that his people are taking the business to the brink.If this continues, very soon this company will be closed down and the main reason is that the managing director of the company cannot trust the new generation of new people and cannot accept their ideas. He thinks that even today what he achieved twenty years ago will be repeated in the same way but the business has changed and the time has changed. Until he accepts this thing, his business will never survive and many businesses he has tried in the last ten years have not been successful.
