Job security is very high, salary package is ok, but HR & IT department not up to the mark, management is good and the environment is helpful for learning.

Basic plant operation is very simple and nothing new to learn after some months but you can develop yourself on your own way.

Sister only for Director and CEO. Otherwise 0 rating. Nobody will remove you from company. Work from home facility is avilable. The issue which I have mentioned in below box is only about 1AVP... Rest HOD are supportive and very down to earth including MD and Chairman sir

... he will blame you for your behaviour and as usual he will make safe VP's chair. This company have so called POSH, i dont know why they are paying to POSH. VP himself smokes in every half n hour basically it is his personal choice but it is a basic ethic to take mint after it. But he wont pay 1rs for mint he will directly come with bad odour in his mouth/clothes and will come much closer to girls and speak with bad odours from mouth. Again if u complaint to HR you will be target from VP. Bcz HR calls him personally and will do chugli to him with taking name of the person who complaint. 5)There are many people in this company who are working for more than 12 years, so basically if you dont follow them you will be executive level forever. 6)HOD will call you in cabin offering chocolates to you as mentioned above and will discuss with girls about their maternity plans (not in professional way ) how you are going to conceive the baby and all as if he is a gynaecologist. If you entertain him he will give you most expensive chocolate from his drawer but If u dont entertain him he will make sure to make your life hell. 7) Now the AVP knows you have issues with him so he will point out your all WFH and leaves, at other side he will approve all unnecessary leaves/ half day/false leaves of his so called chamcha manager. His junior takes leave almost on all Mondays may be reason will be valid but other side you any other person will take he will bully that person like anything. Basically there are many points but I am highlighting only serious issue with only one AVP. For F&F you will have to take alot of followups. Thats all

Salary on time, Allowance on time. If you are doing good in your job then no one torture you, And With professional you will manage personal life also . Great work place.

Small kind of issues every where related back office. Other wise everything is good.

...e machi market in open place with voice.........machine tea coffeee ............strict about late coming outgoing they expect atleast you work 10hours and deduct salary as per rules ...so sit late get tired and next day get salary cut ...AC cooling centralised but kept at high temp or off so people sitting at few places feel suffocation .....so nothing to like

Dislikes

Employees in this company have still not got the appraisals and bonus. We are at the start of November month. Bonus calculations are not as per government law. If someone leaves the company he is not liable to receive any bonus afterwords. FNF’s are cleared after almost 5 to 6 months. They even sometimes file case against you for leaving the company.
