New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing at all very Bad Experience.

Dislikes

...et any person worked or continues. This company is very Bad for working culture. Never fulfil promise & always misbehave with staff & not give full salary. HR team always ready for how to cut salary & how to hesitate employee. This is HR Motive. Workers are mostly on strikes due to this kinds of HR teams behavior. Don't attract with company's Trapping, Like Attractive Web-Site, Salary offering. My personal opinion to all never join this company at any Cost, Without work home is better but you are safe with this company's mentally torturing.

In nandan denim Ltd, I am not getting on salary time, salary increment is not time and don't like that all incentives are stopped in the company and there was money donte to corana lockdown PM fund, i am sad there is no money to pay company employees lockdown salary.

After giving 8yeras to this company its has reduced my salary to less than 50percrnt... because of target which was affected due to COVID ..and even after that they gave increment to other employees but didn't consider my for increments....worst....
