I was appointed for Oman project. I didn't sign any offer letter or anything. Due to Covid 19 I could able to go to Oman and they treated me as consultant and subsequently I got an opportunity in one of the big companies. So I requested to relieve from my duties, they didn't agree for that, they didn't one month salary and relieving letter or experience letter.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
