It’s very clean hospital , very polite and skilled senior doctors and you get to learn a lot. Has good work life balance.

Salary given to RMO doctors is very less as compared to gov standards They make you work in rotation manner which exceeds 48 hours / week ( as mentioned on contract ) Salary credited on 9 th of every month which is pretty late.

...ory they said...it's not possible nw. Total 5yrs I am in consolidated category . No salary increment, no bonus no mediclaim, nothing..... Totally unhappy. Don't join anyone till complete information about joining categories. Don't see figure, just ask category n facelities.

Shortage of staffs and not getting overtime if extra hrs working,it should be given by default and salary is too low compared to other hospitals as we have 2 largest hospital in Maharashtra

Job is secured after 6 months period, work experience is good with previous employees, skill & knowledge development in practice

...erent policies for individual, not giving bonus, no family medical security for employees, workload is high but salary is not enough
