Toxic couture and behaviour.one of the office which I do work and it is my worst decision ever.

Dislikes

Work culture,lots of work even if no holiday even Sunday..when you join company told you Sunday is holiday but after joining no holiday even Sunday. Is it very worst company ever.do't join .

There is nothing to like.. And they didn't support during lockdown

Dislikes

There is no future,in case of any issue they can not support for anything and anyone, they torture and pressureiz for work and they do. Not respect any one specially ladies..

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
