I worked here for more than 3 years. The work culture here is better than most hospitals as there are defined hours and it usually does not extend beyond (10-8, no weekends off). But the working hours are too long however they make an exception if you approach the management. Job security is good and they don't usually terminate people unless severe breach of trust or discipline is there. Personal growth opportunities are plenty, but financial growth after a certain period may come to standstill if you don't upgrade yourself according to company standards and policies.

Dislikes

The working hours are too long and gruesome. On rare occasions we are required to work for weeks without an off covering for those on leave (true for any medical institution in India). The worst part has to be dealing with the patients who believe they are entitled to a certain service which is humanly not possible (again, true for entire India's medical fraternity). Some employee level politics which is omnipresent.

namma vaidyshala offers very good platform for young homoeopaths to devlop and incress there homoeopathic knowlege..have to work 10 hours. in clinic from 10-8...company culture is very good ..
