...a fresher in the Human Resources domain and I had to work from home permanently. Hence, less salary was not a hurdle. Moreover, I was promised a good package after the completion of my probation of three months.

... suddenly allotted to me on 13th March and my confirmation was due on 1st April. On 6th April, I was told they can't pay me the salary promised as I was not productive. Before this I had asked many times, if I am not a good fit, let me know and I will put down my papers. But I was told I am performing well and my services are required. One fine day I was suddenly forced to leave. They never paid me the salary for 5 days worked in May. Despite being the only HR, I was never apprised of any policy. But newly hired employees were directed to me with various queries. I had no answer and was stuck in an awkward position. The CEO is unethical, immoral, arrogant, and encourages petty politics in the company. If he gets a whiff of that you might resign, and he will terminate you on any grounds possible so that he need not pay any settlement amount.

...O of the company forces you to have night parties irrespective of any situation. You have to pay from your pocket for every party wheather you are a part of the parth or not does not matter. Plus he forces you to give a party in high expense clubs on your birthdays as an intern also. And the work culture is very bad irrespective of have a good work report they can terminate you anytime from the company and can not even have a proper discussion with you why this happened or what was the problem. The company is basically a bedroom sized room no space at all. Would suggest not to apply in this company as the you will gain to knowledge or skill while working here even a person who is in 10th standard will be able to do this work.

Nothing is good in this company. They don't even have a proper work force. There are basically three people in the organisation who are doing everything. And the thinking of the CEO of the company is very bad. For a proof you can see his LinkedIn post he considered the people who are working at 9-5 job as worthless (the actual word was very bad) thing these were his own words.

There is nothing to like salaries are late, CEO is the worst person. Needs to be changed.

Worst place to join, unethical practices and CEO do whatever he wants no proper policies for the employees. Its tough to leave the company as they will make it worse for you.

No stipend despite promises. Termination without explanation after work completion. Exploitation of interns' efforts. Zero acknowledgment of contribution. Lack of transparency and professionalism

nothing is good worst CEO and culture. CEO forces you to relocate to a PG where there are no timing issues and forces you to give parties in 4 plus zomato rated clubs with 20k budget which is monthly salary given by them and according to him he pays enough that you will be able to give that expensive party.

Dislikes

everything is bad, you will learn nothing from this organization, you just have to find emails and send mails that it that's the whole work which a student of 10th class can also do. Plus the CEO made rules on the basis of which you have to work on sat also and you did not even get extra pay for that. And each and every employee do this same work irrespective of the designation.
