Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There are skills and development is good performance and bring your salary in your bank account in timily.

Dislikes

There salary package, there work timings is very bad ,and all seniors is is very bad and always talking in very bad language to his junior employees. There are S.O. and managers always threatened his junior employees for fired this job..

I like about working at namaste India (NIFPL) that it is very good for learning and developing skill. But recommend for being a part for a long time. Because they do not give any type of facilities to employees.

Dislikes

Not recommend for being a part for long time because the management are very disappointing. Lab management are very much disturbing.
