Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Dislikes

They do not give salary on time. They make people work for 2-3 months and sack them without giving them any salary. It doesn't matter which course you are specialised in... They will give u any subject to teach. A science teacher is made to teach political science and sociology and vice versa. Not a good environment neither for the teachers nor for the students
