Work Culture, Work Life Balance, Employee Delight Activities, Employee welfare schemes, Employee Communications, Problem Address, No Skill development, No training & Awareness programme, Negatively defer from its Group Companies like job timing & Saturday Off. Employee benefits are there on paper but hidden in real. Improper facilities of Hostels & Its Canteen, Poor housekeeping in its colonies.
