Good team. You can learn a lot and they encourage you to try new things. They give lot of opportunity but hold you accountable for performance. Actually I don’t understand any of the negative comments, here my experience has been totally different. It is an excellent culture and everyone is helpful and has team spirit. But these reviews were before I joined so maybe that time things were different. I like working with both the bosses. She is very warm and encouraging but can be strict. The CEO is American and he is also very helpful. I will recommend.

It is not like a big company so many times you have to do a broader role but I like that they give lot of autonomy

The need to work on so many different unrelated things takes your focus off your main interests and strenghts eventually making you jack of all trades and master of none! Very bad working environment!
