I liked the company in the beginning, but now everything has changed and not wanted to work for the company anymore due to worst politics

Full of politics. Worst Organization ever I have seen. Founder and management doesn't know how to treat an employee, they treating them like a slave. Better opening a bakery rather than working here. If you guys know how to treat a person to the worst without humanity, you can work here. Management insult employee infront of others to the extreme. And they will fire an employee if he work hard for the company. If you stand against management you'll get fired. If you ask for appraisal, you are fired. If you take your sick leave and casual leave, you are fired. Anyway everyone is gonna get fired, except their relatives.

Full of politics and 80 percent of employees are founder's relatives. They give promotion to their relatives. Hard working people are not encouraged and appraisal is not provided properly. Those who can do politics and show visibility can shine here. Management listen to the head and lead and whatever they say, Management will take action. No inquiry , nothing.
