Full of politics and 80 percent of employees are founder's relatives. They give promotion to their relatives. Hard working people are not encouraged and appraisal is not provided properly. Those who can do politics and show visibility can shine here. Management listen to the head and lead and whatever they say, Management will take action. No inquiry , nothing.

Full of politics. Worst Organization ever I have seen. Founder and management doesn't know how to treat an employee, they treating them like a slave. Better opening a bakery rather than working here. If you guys know how to treat a person to the worst without humanity, you can work here. Management insult employee infront of others to the extreme. And they will fire an employee if he work hard for the company. If you stand against management you'll get fired. If you ask for appraisal, you are fired. Nothing, Nallas was terribly dangerous and worst company for everyone.

Owner is deploying only the resources from their own district. He is focussed only on the resources from his district only. Office politics was overloaded, they say that nothing was there, but everyone was selfish and do politics among the organization. Better don't join this worst organization ever and ever.
